Want to get your foot in the door of the fitness world? This challenge will gently prepare you to join the world of fitness and running. Before you start, you should already be able to comfortably walk for 30 minutes. Day 7 is always a rest day, so start your program the day after you want your rest day to be. Walking can fulfil daily recommended exercise for people of all ages and fitness levels. Choose a walking route and daily step goal that’s appropriate for your age and fitness level.
