Non-Refundable Booking Fee

To secure your Home Boarding or Dog Day Care booking, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking.

The booking fee allows us to reserve your dog's space and confirms the dates with your allocated carer. Once a place has been reserved, it is no longer available to other clients, which is why the fee is non-refundable.

The booking fee must be paid to TLC Dog Walking Ltd's Care Bank Account and will be shown on a separate invoice. Your booking will not be confirmed until this payment has been received.

Please note:

• The booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel your booking.

• The booking fee secures your dog's place with a suitable carer.

• The remaining balance for Home Boarding or Dog Day Care is paid directly to your carer at the start of the booking.

• Booking fees and carers' fees are paid separately and may appear differently within the Client Portal.

• If you pay the carer's fee into the booking fee account by mistake, any refund required will be subject to a £10 administration fee.

  
  

We recommend making all payments promptly to avoid any delays in confirming or starting your booking.

Why Do We Charge a Booking Fee?

Home Boarding and Dog Day Care places are limited and often booked well in advance, particularly during school holidays and peak travel periods. The booking fee helps us reserve your dog's place, compensate for administration costs, and provide certainty for both our carers and clients when arrangements are made.
