Our Membership Club is designed for regular clients who want to save money on their dog's walks while protecting themselves from future price increases.

How much does membership cost?

• £300 for 6 months

• £500 for 12 months

As a member, you'll enjoy:

• £4 off every dog walk

• £2 off every additional dog in the household

• £2 off every day booking fee

• Frozen prices for the duration of your membership

What does "prices frozen" mean?

From the day your membership payment is received, your rates are locked in for the length of your membership. Any future price increases will not affect you until your membership expires.

Will I save money?

Yes. If your dog attends three or more walks per week, your membership will pay for itself and you'll start making savings. The more walks and day bookings you use, the greater your savings throughout the year.

When does my membership start?

Your membership begins on the date payment is received or the last membership expires and remains active for either 6 or 12 months, depending on the package chosen.

Can the membership be used for more than one dog?

Yes, membership benefits apply to all dogs registered under the same household account.

Are the discounts applied automatically?

Yes. All eligible dog walks and day booking fees will automatically be charged at the discounted member rate during your membership period.

Can membership fees be paid in instalments?

No. Membership is paid in full upfront to secure the discounts and price freeze benefits.

What happens when my membership expires?

You will be contacted before your membership ends with the option to renew. If you choose not to renew, services will revert to our standard rates.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

No. Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the client and dogs registered on the membership account.

What if prices increase during my membership?

As a member, your prices are frozen from the date your membership starts, meaning any price increases during your membership term will not affect you.
