Home Boarding & Dog Day Care Bookings

When you book Home Boarding or Dog Day Care, you will receive two separate documents:

1. An invoice for the non-refundable booking fee, which must be paid directly to TLC Care Bank Account to secure your dog's place.

2. A quote for the remaining balance of the booking, which must be paid directly to your assigned Home Boarder at the start of the stay or care period in cash so they can correct any errors immediately without having to do bank transfers.

Your booking is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received. As places for Home Boarding and Dog Day Care are limited, we are unable to reserve spaces without payment of the booking fee.

Viewing Home Boarding & Day Care Charges

The non-refundable booking fee invoice will appear in the Care Client Portal and can be viewed and downloaded from the Invoices section.

The quote for the remaining balance is sent separately and may not appear within the Client Portal. This balance is payable directly to your Home Boarder rather than to TLC Boarding.

Payments and Outstanding Balances

The booking fee and the Home Boarder's balance are paid separately and may therefore not appear together within your Client Portal account.

If you have paid the booking fee and it has not yet been recorded on your account, please allow a short period for processing, as payments are added manually. If the payment is still not showing after the next billing cycle, please contact us with:

• The amount paid

• The date of payment

• The name of the dog and booking dates

This will help us locate the payment quickly.

Cancellations and Booking Fees

Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable and secures your dog's allocated Home Boarding or Day Care space. Cancellation charges for the remaining balance will be applied in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Bank Account Details for Home Boarding and Day Care

IMPORTANT: Please use this account for payment of the booking fee only. Any payments intended for your Home Boarder or Carer that are sent to this account in error and require a refund will be subject to a £10 administration fee.
