Boarding Cancellation Policy

Home Boarding & Dog Day Care Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, when a Home Boarding or Dog Day Care booking is reserved, we allocate a place with a carer and may be unable to offer that space to other clients. For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies:

Booking Fee

The booking fee is non-refundable in all circumstances. This fee secures your dog's place and covers administration and reservation costs.

Cancellations by the Client

• More than 28 days before the booking start date

  No further charges will apply. The non-refundable booking fee will be retained.

• 14 to 28 days before the booking start date

  50% of the remaining balance may be payable.

• Less than 14 days before the booking start date

  100% of the remaining balance may be payable.

This is because it becomes increasingly difficult to refill the reserved space at short notice.

Early Returns

If you choose to collect your dog earlier than the agreed booking end date, refunds will not normally be provided for unused days, as the space was reserved exclusively for your dog.

Changes to Bookings

We will always try to accommodate changes to your booking where possible. Any amendments are subject to carer availability and may result in a revised quote.

Exceptional Circumstances

We appreciate that emergencies can arise. In genuinely exceptional circumstances, we may review cancellation charges at our discretion.
